# Entry-hall update — measured sweeping stair

## Fixed design anchors

- Preserve the original eight visual directions, camera positions, palettes, materials, furniture and Christmas dressing.
- Preserve the centered main entrance, the open connection into the living room, and the living-room fireplace/chimney.
- Preserve the exterior shell, windows and established room identities from the approved V3 house design.
- Change only the central stair, its well, guarding and the immediately necessary circulation space.

## Measured stair geometry

- Ground-floor clear height: 2750 mm.
- Ground-to-first floor-to-floor height: 3030 mm.
- Upper flight: 18 equal risers at 168.3 mm; 17 goings at 290 mm.
- Basement-to-ground floor-to-floor height: 2600 mm.
- Lower flight: 16 equal risers at 162.5 mm; 15 goings at 290 mm.
- Clear stair width: 1000 mm.
- Inner radius: 1169 mm; walking-line radius: 1569 mm; outer radius: 2169 mm.
- Outside diameter: 4338 mm; central well diameter: approximately 2338 mm.
- Closed timber risers, continuous handrails and vertical child-safe balusters.

## Integration consequence

The measured stair does not fit inside the earlier approximate 3000 × 3300 mm core. It therefore expands only the central circulation zone by roughly 1338 mm in width and 1038 mm in depth. The exterior footprint and established rooms are not enlarged or reassigned.

These images remain art-direction references, not fabrication drawings. The measured study is the controlling dimensional reference for later modeling and builder review.
