# Bowed Timber house — floor-plan reference

Revision: 29 September 2026, v1

This set translates the latest honey-yellow Bowed Timber / Sunflower Veranda exterior into a consistent three-level interior reference. North is at the top of every drawing; the front gate and main veranda are south.

## Fixed rendering anchors

- Main body: 12.4 m wide × 7.8 m deep.
- Two living floors: about 190.7 m² gross combined, preserving the established 190–200 m² concept target.
- Partial basement: 9.6 m × 7.8 m, about 74.9 m² gross, used for service, storage and hobbies rather than as a third living storey.
- South façade: left living bay, central sage entrance beneath the curved gable, right kitchen/family bay.
- The central arched first-floor window belongs to the landing/reading nook.
- The east-side covered veranda connects to the kitchen and dining rooms.
- The stair and north-center wet/service band align vertically across all three levels.
- The chimney sits in the north-west zone and serves the living-room stove/fireplace.

## Interpretation note

The exterior concept did not previously define an interior. This is the canonical v1 interpretation for later image and scene rendering. Furniture can move, but exterior openings, walls, stairs, verandas, main room identities and vertical service alignment should remain fixed unless a later dated design step revises them.

These are visual coordination drawings, not construction, structural, permit, code-compliance or measured survey documents.
